I’ve been absolutely mesmerized by the last poolsideconvo joint. “that feeling” has this classic 90s dance vocals, but blended with a contemporary, rather chilled electronic emotion and energy, and a scent of UKG here and there. It is that duality that makes this tune absolutely superb.
The song radiates hope, and I love that. Been listening on repeat every time I need to find a safe mind place.
I highly recommend checking out Lu’s interview with poolsideconvo from 2022. Genuinely nice guy and very talented producer.
