Melanie Vammen: My favorite guitar is an early 80s Schecter "PT” model . I love it because it fits my hand perfectly. The neck feels good. It has a big ballsy sound because it has humbuckers.
It’s not too heavy and I think it looks rad! I’ve been playing it since the mid 90s in most of my bands. I’ve been a Vox girl since my early teens playing a Vox Super Continental and Continental organs, Vox Bulldog and Bobcat guitars.
But I can’t live without my Schecter. I play it at all my shows!
